Homeopathy is a system of medicine which involves treating the individual with highly diluted substances, given mainly in tablet form, with the aim of triggering the body's natural system of healing. Based on their specific symptoms, a homeopath will match the most appropriate medicine to each patient.

According to me, no disease can be cured (I mean cured not treatment) completly until it is managed properly. Management of any disease include:

  • Diet Plan:
Until and unless, a patient doesn't follow a proper diet plan, he can never cure a disease with medicine only. Diet plan not only includes diet restriction or precautions, it also includes what specific to eat for a specific disease.

  • Day Plan:
A patient should be aware of day routine mistakes whether they are in his/her sleeping habits, exercise routines, working habits, posture in routine, driving precautions etc. Patient should be aware of timings of diet as well.

  • Medicinal Plan:
Medicinal plan only acts if the patient is following above day and diet plans. In medicinal plan, most important are:
    1. Regularity in Medicines.

    2. Exact dosage at exact timings as prescribed.

    3. Proper follow up to the physician.

    4. Exact conditions or symptoms noticed by patient should be told to the physician at every subsequent visit. Any exaggerated version of symptoms can mislead the physicians to select medicine to be prescribed.

    5. Some medicines and every disease need some precautions to be taken during medicinal plan.
